Experience:

40 years of practicing architecture, Mr. Spurr has a broad range of experience. He is  accomplished as a designer, and an expert in the development of residential and commercial projects.  His portfolio includes strategic master planning, site planning, interior design, retail, and foodservice.  Design that requires a sympathetic approach to historic buildings and compliance with Historic District regulations is one of his particular interests
